1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

Where duplicate accounts are identified, phdream.vip reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

4. Account Security

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by phdream.vip are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. 11. Limitation of Liability

phdream.vip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdream.vip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phdream.vip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

For disputes relating to the fairness of game outcomes, phdream.vip may refer the matter to the relevant independent testing laboratory or regulatory authority for adjudication. The decision of such authority shall be final and binding on both parties.
